Gourmet basket - Aperitif
What is an aperitif?
The term "apéro" is a contraction of "apéritif" , which refers to a moment of socialization that generally takes place before a meal, where people meet to drink and nibble on something light.
It is a tradition that is part of many cultures, particularly in France and other European countries such as Spain or Italy.
It is an opportunity to spend a pleasant moment with friends , family or as a couple , in an informal and relaxed setting. Unlike a formal meal, the aperitif is not centered on food, but on exchange and conviviality , where people enjoy meeting up and chatting over a few drinks.
It is therefore a moment of relaxation where we take the time to savor the moment, without the more structured aspect of a dinner.
In order to share these moments, we offer in our Apéro Basket:
- Bread ball
- Pâté (depending on allergen and type of meat for the customer)
- Dried sausage
- Hummus, chickpeas or beetroot
- 1 non-alcoholic drink (fruit juice or something more original, e.g. Frenette)
- 1 alcoholic drink (4 blond beers or bottles of alcohol, wine or cider)- cheese composition (Assortment of 3 pieces of mild cheese (e.g.: comté, mimolette, Saint-Nectaire)
- Appetizer olives
